Cancellation Policy

Booking Process: Members must reserve their class spot online through our booking portal. Reservations are open up to one month in advance and close two hours before the class starts. Class Capacity: To ensure quality instruction and safety, each class has a maximum capacity. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations: Members must cancel at least 12 hours before the class time to free up the slot for others. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) and no-shows will incur a fee of $10. Waitlist Policy: If a class is full, members can join a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, members will be notified by email and have the option to book.
